The 3-6-9 Abundance Ritual

A Daily Practice for Dreams, Family & Possibility

What if you began and ended every day by consciously choosing what you are willing to receive?

Not what you fear.

Not what went wrong yesterday.

Not everything the outside world tells you that you should worry about.

But abundance, possibility, gratitude, and the life you actually want to create.

That is the idea behind this simple 3-6-9 Abundance Ritual.

Why 3-6-9?

Nikola Tesla had a well-documented fascination with patterns, numbers, frequency, energy, and the mathematical structure of nature. A famous quote frequently attributed to him says:

«“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have a key to the universe.”»

There is an important historical caveat: the popular 3-6-9 manifestation method circulating today is not well documented as an actual manifestation technique created or practiced by Tesla.

So rather than treating this as a lost Tesla formula with supernatural guarantees, I prefer something much more useful:

Use 3-6-9 as a framework for directing attention, gratitude, intention, and action.

The ritual is beautifully simple.

Morning: 3 repetitions.
Afternoon: 6 repetitions.
Evening: 9 repetitions.

And everything revolves around one intention.

The Abundance Declaration

Repeat:

“Abundance is welcomed and accepted into my life and my family’s lives. We have everything we need to create, experience, and fulfill our dreams and desires, for our highest good and the good of all.”

The important word here is accepted.

Instead of chasing abundance, begging for it, or worrying about whether there will ever be enough, this ritual begins with the idea that you are willing to recognize and receive opportunities when they appear.

Abundance doesn't have to mean only money.

It can mean time.

Health.

Love.

Creativity.

Friendship.

Knowledge.

Experiences.

Opportunity.

A new idea at exactly the right moment.

A door you didn't realize was there.

Sometimes abundance arrives carrying a check. Sometimes it arrives carrying a conversation.

🌅 Morning: 3 Times

Before the noise of the day gets a vote, repeat the declaration three times.

Slowly.

Don't race through the words like you're reading the terms and conditions for a software update.

Think about what they mean.

Then identify something you already have that you're grateful for.

Finally, ask yourself:

What would I love to create, experience, or move toward today?

You have now pointed your mental compass before the world starts throwing notifications at it.

☀️ Afternoon: 6 Times

Sometime during the afternoon, stop for a moment and repeat the declaration six times.

Then add the ingredient that manifestation conversations sometimes forget:

Action.

Ask yourself:

What is one thing I can do right now that moves one of my dreams forward?

Send the email.

Make the phone call.

Write the page.

Apply for the opportunity.

Create the song.

Spend twenty minutes learning the skill.

Tell somebody you love them.

Move $10 into savings.

Take the walk.

Abundance isn't necessarily something that happens to you.

Sometimes abundance begins with something that happens through you.

🌙 Evening: 9 Times

At the end of the day, repeat the declaration nine times.

Now imagine the destination.

Picture yourself and the people you love safe, thriving, laughing, creating, traveling, learning, experiencing and enjoying life.

Don't obsess over exactly how everything has to happen.

That's where dreams can accidentally turn into anxiety wearing a fancy hat.

Instead, acknowledge what you accomplished today, appreciate what you already have, identify what you learned, and release the rest.

Tomorrow gives you another 3.

Another 6.

Another 9.

The Real Formula

The numbers make the ritual memorable.

But perhaps the more interesting formula is this:

Intention → Attention → Action → Reflection → Repetition

Your morning intention determines what you begin looking for.

What you notice influences the choices you make.

Your choices create actions.

Actions repeated over time create outcomes.

And your evening reflection helps you adjust tomorrow's course.

That's a form of manifestation that doesn't require pretending the universe is an ATM with a secret PIN.

It requires participation.

A 21-Day Experiment

Try the ritual for 21 days.

Don't measure success solely by how much money appears.

Keep track of opportunities you notice, ideas you have, people you meet, actions you take, problems you solve, unexpected help you receive, and moments you might previously have overlooked.

You may discover that abundance was never confined to a bank balance.

Sometimes the first thing that changes isn't the world around you.

It's what you notice within it.

3 in the morning.

6 in the afternoon.

9 in the evening.

Set the intention.

Take the action.

Appreciate what arrives.

And tomorrow, begin again. ✨
